About the Author
Gregory Peters (Stanford, CA) has contributed scholarly articles on Freemasonry and Thelema in local and international publications. He has been a student and teacher of esoteric systems of self-discovery for twenty years, and has held offices in Western esoteric orders. A close student of Phyllis Seckler (Soror Meral) and a senior member of Crowley's magical fraternity the A∴A∴, Peters founded the Ordo Sunyata Vajra in 1999. He lives and works in the San Francisco Bay area.

New Aeon Insight

This work has been especially helpful in order to broaden my understanding and appreciation of Thelema. By relating Thelema to Buddhism, Tantra and Vedanta, Greg has shown that Thelema really is the quintessence of that Stellar Gnosis which has existed since time immemorial.
The most important concept, however, is that of the Void; which Thelemites understand as Nuit. As stars adorning her body, we first strive to know and do our true will, in order to discover exactly what kind of star we are. Then, we must give up this precious individuality and return to the Void from which we came and which we ultimately, are.
New Aeon Tantra(NAT) opens up new expressions for Thelemic magick and mysticism through rites such as the Vajra Tower and the Rahoorkhuit sadhana. The rite that best expresses the spirit of NAT is the Diamond Sapphire. This ritual of devotion and healing may be practiced alone or (preferably) in a group setting.
I encourage anyone who is looking for a refreshing perspective on Thelema and finds eastern methods of attainment useful to their Great Work, to study this book and practice its rites. Then, if it be your will, contact Ordo Sunyata Vajra to continue your journey in New Aeon Tantra.

This book is great to anyone interested in deepening their understanding of thelema or tantra in general. Continuing the work of Crowley and Grant in particular this work is of great use in incorporating a fresh breath of rituals into your daily practices. I stress rituals because this book gives quite a few new rites to try and inspire devotion to the Great Work. This is not a rehash of theory and practice like a lot of modern thelemic books on the market, this is an inspiring spark of the 93 current to be enjoyed by all true seekers of the gnosis. Buy it and use it!
